Sweet Corn Salsa

Ingredients:

1 4-pack of GloriAnn Corn
½ diced red onion
3-4 diced Jalapeños (Depending on heat preference)
½ cup of minced cilantro
Juice from 3 limes
Salt to taste

Directions:

Clean and boil corn until cooked. Let cool until cool to touch. Strip corn kernels from cob into a medium bowl and mix kernels with onion, jalapeños, cilantro and lime juice. Stir in salt a teaspoon at a time until reaching desired flavor.
